Anybody got any ideas? The battery is fully charged and I've cleaned the roller which had quite a few hairs wrapped around it, but it still won't start. As far as I can remember it's about four or five years old. TIA.

Mine did this it was the on off switch. Got a new switch off eBay and a neighbour fixed it for me. Saved a fortune gtec said I needed to replace at a cost of £80 which was the complete bottom as did not fix a switch alone. They just replaced complete unit you had to keep battery and handle the rest replaced.

My brother in law also decided to lubricate it before purchasing a new one and guess what, it worked! Now back to full use. Thanks again everyone.
