I need to replace my flooring and don't want carpets as I have dogs. I don't want laminate, but have considered vinyl but what I would really like is what they have on the floor in bathrooms in places like travelodges, where it is not slippy and extends up the wall a couple of inches, so it is easy to clean, usually a sort of grey colour. Trouble is I don't know what it is called or even how to describe it really. Any ideas what I mean?

It's called industrial vinyl flooring.
It needs installing by a professional as seem welding is involved.
LVT perhaps? It's becoming very popular in hotels nowadays.
