Work Objectives

Hi All,

Just need some general help again re my new team, thanks for all the hep last time. I need to set my team objectives as they have never been set, what sort of things would you suggest as objectives for new starters. I am thinking of things like learning all processes and procedures etc
any help be great

The best way to tackle this may be to determine each member of the teams area of weakness and set individual objectives that will enable them to improve in these areas.

Always make objectives realistic and acheivable.
