Leather Jacket

Leather quality
I’m looking for a classic blazer-style leather jacket, but I have heard rumours that some imported leathers are defective. Not sure if this is to do with the way the skins are tanned, or coloured, or what. Is there some way ( kite mark, or whatever ? ) which will show if the leather is up to standard, and its colour will last ?

I understand your concerns and want to ensure that you purchase a classic blazer-style leather jacket that meets your expectations. To guarantee the quality of the leather, I suggest looking for a label or stamp from a reputable leather supplier. This will show that the leather used is of good quality and has passed rigorous tests. Additionally, you should look for a label of origin - this will tell you where the material was sourced from and give you an idea of its quality. The colour of the jacket should also remain consistent over time if it is made with genuine high-quality leather.
