Which honeysuckle plant has the best perfume and doesnt grow too rapid. I have one but it has no smell at all. Thanks

The red honeysuckles are reputed to be the most aromatic.

I have the one Chris posted. Flowering now and smell is stronger at night

Probably 'darts world' although all the really fragrant ones are closer to the wild type and tend to be vigorous. Fragrant cloud, and serotina are better known. There are some variegated ones that tend to be slower growing but not so fragrant.
