Security breach at no.10?

As the intruder was caught at the first line of security i somehow doubt if this counts as a breach of security but more as a success. Early news reports described the man as "a foreigner" so maybe we should really be worried !? One would also suppose that it was a member of the security forces who made the description.

Poor effort at a joke ! you can do better than that zorro, surely ?
seems to have got over a fence he shouldn't have, so security isn't perfect; but he was grabbed after that. His name is Byung Jin Lee, though that of itself doesn't make him a foreigner.
the headline in the sun says "Lunatic gets into No. 10"
methinks they should have used that one in 1997.
As usual the "Sun" was lying to sell papers.
