I have this close friend that I treat like a little brother but he likes me romantically. I mean he is a nice person and i like his presence a lot. As for me I'm fine that he's crushing on me but right now I don't really feel like dating and I'm afraid that in the long run I would hurt him. He was doing so well too

Yes! You are totally leading a person on if you are not up front in telling them your TRUE feelings. If you dont feel the same way, Let the other person know & Let Them Go.

So that they can find who wants what they want & Is ready for.
