It's nowt to do with colour it's to do with post codes. POC tend to live in expensive post codes for insurance.

And why is that? Because those areas have higher levels of car crime, crash for cash, etc. e.g. BB postcode (Blackburn) / lot of Pakistanis / lot of crash for cash. Simples. (If I'm allowed to say that!)
