which might put a slightly different slant on it i suppose - perhaps she consented, but he was charged with rape because of her age?

I'm very unhappy with this sentence and disgusted that had he been over 25 when he committed multiple assaults and rape the sentence would only have been 4 or 5 years in prison.

No regard for the victim who was 13 at the time
