Sitting in the conservatory in my reclining armchair listening to Greastest Hits. Beautiful sunshine out there and fields and woods to look out on beyond the garden Its's 25 degrees in here and the door is wide open.

Perhaps it may even continue for a day or two ...........

wow - allegedly 14 degrees here but when I went outside it felt more like 4. I'd had to ask a neighbour to get me a loaf of bread as I am dieting today and fasting tomorrow and white bread's one the few things permitted - I was going to buy it myself but I had to spend 6 hours waiting for the hospital to call me back about soemthing else, so phone a friend it was...

It has felt positively spring-like here today. In the sun it is lovely, although chilly in the shade. I have a whole week off and it is my plan to get outside tomorrow and tidy up the patio and gazebo areas so that when the decent weather does arrive, I have somewhere to sit in my outside office!!

It's been glorious sunshine here in East Lothian for the past two days -quite nice to sit out and feel the warmth of the sun at last.
