Our Woodelf Has Passed On...

It is with great sadness that I'm letting everyone know that Woodelf (Terry) passed away this morning in Basingstoke Hospital at around 5:30, succumbing to the cancers that had taken a virulent hold.

I've just spoken with his partner, who is holding up remarkably well & she knows I'm posting this thread.

Terry was a wonderful, funny, gifted man & it was my pleasure to have met him at his home a couple of times. He stubbornly refused to allow his blindness to affect his life overmuch & would in fact joke about it with me. I will miss him greatly, as I know everyone here will.

That is so sad to hear. I didn't know him but have seen some of his art work on here. What an inspiration he was, and didn't seem to let his blindness dominate his life. At peace now. Condolences to his partner & family. RIP dear Woodelf.
