Job was the name of a great man in the Old Testament of the Bible. He had to endure all sorts of trials and tribulations which he did with commendable patience, never once complaining to God about his troubles. Hence, 'the patience of Job' refers to an almost unbelievable kind of that virtue.
Do you mean someone who has that virtue Quizmonster? By the way Job rhymmes with globe.
Job, an Old Testament believer endured a period of devastating loss. His belief in God's promise of a future resurrection from the dead kept him going.

Job 19:25,26 “For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:
And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:"

Job acknowledged God as the source of all goodness in life and his focus on God's deliverance helped him endure without accusing God of injustice during an extremely trying time.

James 5:11 “Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful [compassionate], and of tender mercy.”

“The patience of Job” can be understood as the patient endurance of Job due to his hope in God. His example inspires us to remain mindful of the rewards we will receive for our faithfulness. Having hope in Christ's return can help us stay focused on our goals and endure even despite times of hardship.

Hebrews 12:1 “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience [patient endurance] the race that is set before us.”
