Blue Box

Any body tell me how I can remove a blue box jumping all over the PC screen.

It has an hour glass symbol and the words AUTO ADJUSTMENT.

I switched off last night but it is back today.

and I hit the adjust resolution but just another "gobbledook" to me came up.

You said that you switched off.

Shut everything down, and turn off the computer and the screen at the mains. What you have is either the computer trying to change the resolution or you’ve pushed a button on the screen

Now restart.

If that doesn’t cure it get back in touch.

The graphics driver might need updating.
