Woke early again, pot of tea, porridge, tatted on the computer then went for a walk. A robin followed me, hopping down the hedgerow. Then a field of spring lambs baaing away. A lovely start to the day, if a little cold. Off to the Mol to see Wolves beat the (once) mighty Chelsea. Or maybe not.

Good morning and wishing everyone a happy Easter. It's our 46th wedding anniversary on Sunday so we decided to go out for lunch, quite relieved not to have to do the whole big roast thing

Shopping yesterday am and then trying to dig over the fruit cage which has been sadly neglected for the past 6 years. Getting there. Must clear a patch for the peas and sweet corn or I will have nothing.

Margo, it’s our 47th wedding anniversary on Sunday, what a coincidence!
We’ve just got back from being away so our treat will be to have a nice Sunday roast at home, and a bottle of fizz.
