maybe,E-bikes allow riders to go faster and farther than traditional bicycles, making commuting and long-distance travel more viable.

Reduce physical stress: The electric motor provides support when pedaling, making it easy to tackle inclines and long distances without driver fatigue.

but it cant give us the connection that a rider have while riding an motorbike and the happiness we feel while riding them.
i think these lecky bikes/scooters etc just add to our already sedentary life style.
They enable those with declining physical ability (due to ageing) to take up or continue cycling & still get the benefits of fresh air and exercise.

Your reference to motorbikes is entirely subjective. They are nasty, noisy, dangerous things.
*maybe,E-bikes allow riders to go faster and farther than traditional bicycles, making commuting and long-distance travel more viable.*
They don't allow riders to go faster. They are only allowed to go at 14 & 1/2 mph until the motor cuts out. It then becomes an ordinary bike so you don't go any further either.

They allow riders to get to the scene of the accident more easily.
