didnt watch it, but its on again on friday night on itv 2,3 or 4 and also on sat morning. try and get the lyrics - from there you might find it on a lyrics website :)

The song is Angel written and sung originally by Sarah McLachlan. There are several cover versions but it is most likely the one by Alison Crowe (available on iTunes).
