Chauffeur

My friend has been using a chauffeur for her personal driving and he invoices her monthly.
Now he has not turned up to pick her up and making enquiries the company has dissolved.
Over night.
She still owes a months money and doesn’t know who to pay or how to pay .
Any advice as what to do.

I wouldn't worry - when they want their money they'll contact her. Just make sure the money is available to pay when the invoice comes.

I agree with bhg. Keep the money in reserve and wait to see if someone contacts you for the money, probably keep it for 18-24 months before keeping it.
