M&S Gift Voucher

I was recently gifted a £20 M&S gift voucher.
I looked online and chose an item that required another few £s took me ages to pay for it..I always fond M&S web site extremely slow.
It asked a few times for the gift card No. I assumed it had completed when it automatically moved on to the separate extra payment.
Next morning I checked.my bank to discover the whole cost had been taken from my bank!
No problem, I thought until finding a further item to purchase today. Site extremely slow again..
Several times I was prompted to re-enter the card number.
By now its telling the number is invalid.
I've spent ages on the web, going round in circles to find an email to ask what's going on.
After all that, does anyone have a link to an email can ask why..
I'm very deaf, so phoning would be out of the questions.

You have my sympathy, this old bird, I renewed my sub with the Telegraph in February - that went through ok, then tried to renew my puzzles sub - they couldn’t/wouldn’t accept my payment …..I love my Saturday GK crossword.
It’s taken over two and a half months and numerous emails and finally !!!!! today it’s finally accepted my card etc and Saturday will be back to normal ….needless to say, no explanation or apology….talk about lack of service !!
