…and we’re not sharing it with anyone ;)
It’s a one tray thing with tiger prawns, chorizo, tomatoes, lemon and many other things, and is one of our favourites. Followed by the lemon trifle I made, I’ve just put the syllabub on the top and it’s sitting in the fridge.
Are you joining in with a big Big Lunch today, having family round, doing a nice meal just for yourself, or something else?
Only just having breakfast as we have been out with the dogs and had a coffee so everything is late.
Lunch will be scone and cream
Dinner is quiche, salad and boiled potato.
I see two pork joints in the kitchen. I would like to believe we would be enjoying a typical roast dinner but I reckon the joints will be desecrated into pulled pork which appears to be the latest abhorrent trend . Some doughy wrap and some dip or sauce thrown in . What a waste :-(
