My prediction for the summer:
After months of lousy weather, summer will finally commence at 1100 on 15th August. It will end, with the arrival of massive thunderstorms, at 1300 on 15th August.

Until they get fed up of all the laundry regarding white, that is. I've bought a mainly white & blue dress for a wedding & I'm eyeing it and wondering if I should have an old, second choice handy. Mums and daughters have been dressing alike ( at least some have) for a while now, I think.

^^^Chris I was born in August into lovely, hot weather - an hour later there was a huge thunderstorm and our cellar was flooded!
