Germanophile sounds about right.
But could that be someone who believes in cleanliness?

No, it's a Question in my American Geography exam paper. Oops, the concept of Geography isn't known in this country.

No worry for me. I have a very Teutonic surname and my German family came here about 4 generations ago. I'll fit in and work any where .
The OED has Germanophile, meaning, "A great admirer of Germany and its culture; a supporter of German interests."
