They are both natural anti-inflamatories, good for arthritic conditions.
Those are very common ingredients consumed widely in India, I would say daily from a very young age. I found this interesting:
Osteoarthritis is the second most common rheumatologic problem and it is the most frequent joint disease with a prevalence of 22% to 39% in India.

Osteoarthritis affects around a third of people aged 45 and over in the UK. You’re more likely to develop it the older you get.

It seems to me there is no benefit it consuming those ingredients but they do no harm.
You could try it and see if it makes an difference
Curcumin does the 'heavy lifting' in inflammation reduction, and can be found in Turmeric.

Piperine helps the body absorb Curcumin, and can be found in Black Pepper.
I have a spray which includes those ingredients. It does help, builds up over use during the day but only takes the edge off. However, different things work for different people so anything safe is worth trying.

Thank you all
I would like to take these products but I thought a contra indication would be if you are already on any blood thinning medication. So I'm not sure that they 'can't do any harm". Best to check with a Pharmacist.
I take this every day and so does my brother.
It doesn't seem to make any difference to me but he says it helps him!
It's worth trying as Roopower said.
We use all of these a lot. It's easy to get them into your diet and as natural certainly wont hurt you.

Go to your local Asian shop who are far cheaper especially if you buy the big bags, we get the 1/2Kg or 1Kg usually.

I've just started taking them on the advice of others who think they have been beneficial. I'll let you know in a month or 2 how they worked/didn't work.
Waiting with bated breath Jourdain.
