What Trade To Fix/Extend Concrete Doorstep

My elderly parents have a concrete step which needs repairing due to cracks and debris. It also need a step made bigger slightly as it’s currently not deep enough for them to use without help. I have no idea what trade I should contact to do the work/for quotes. Can anyone help?
