It is very clear from the outcome of this that the woman has made this up, so why has the poor bloke had his name and face pictured but she gets off scot free?

A woman lost her case at a tribunal for harassment. You have to look at things like - does a tribunal have the power to order anonymity? Can it enforce no photos outside the court?
She was named
She was also ordered to pay costs - this is very very rare in an industrial tribunal ( in fact I wondered if they had the power to do that) Usually both sides pay their own costs whatevva
so this thread is in an ongoing Prince harry situation. It depends on how you read the text and facts

he's prettier than she
she got a beating and has to pay. Nothing unfair about that.
some points were quite difficult - harassment and annoyance is in the mind of the hearer/victim. So it doesnt matter if the boss says he didnt mean that. The Boss showed instead she cdnt reasonably have taken the view she did....

Since you opened this thread, the piece has been updated. It may not have had a picture of the accuser at 8.27am this morning but it does now.
Also, it's not clear from the outcome that Ms Gasparova had "made this up" - in the same way that rape victims whose attackers are found not guilty haven't necessarily made up their stories.

jno - that is not what happened, he marked places in his email where he needed more information with XX, YY and ??. I don't see how that this could be mistaken for kisses. If you were not at the Tribunal and did not hear the evidnece, it is best not to second guess the decision of the Tribunal judge.
