msn version 6.2 problems

a friend of mine has just upgraded to msn version 6.2, but has a problem with boxes coming up telling her a contact shes selected is not online there can be as many as 15 of these boxes on screen at a time! how can she disable this or is ther a place she can download version 6.1 which she had no problems with? thanks in advance

you can probably try msn.com or wherever their homepage is and see if they have a list of all the versions taht they released,and if not search for it on googl, and if worst comes to worst, email msn saying can i have a download of 6.1. So far i have had no problems with mine.
