does the PC have wifi? Ethernet slot?

Has the computer worked with the wifi in the past?

If so, have you changed your broadband?

What operating system are you using?

When setting up the connection between the pc and the router, you’ll probably need to press the WPS button on the router just before you enter the password - its a security feature.

I've tried everything the pas two weeks. Just keeps saying restart which I've done

if it just keeps saying restart, thats different to not connecting to broadband.
