yes lots of tory publications favour that clip and say she was “destroyed” and yet rayner is not actually shown speaking… i cannot help but wonder why that might be… i cannot find the original footage though it must be on bbc parliament somewhere
as i understand it that was in response to an urgent question rayner posed about violations of the ministerial code and it turned out that she was right and if anything actually understated the degree of sleaze so mordaunt’s response does not convince me
so i don’t think she’s unsuitable just because a bunch of tories insist that it is so i am afraid!
