I blocked thus guy on WhatsApp he then messaged on Instagram and said did I block and if I don't like sweet less but he changed his driving lesson to meet me.

Sweet less??? If you blocked him because you don't like or want to meet him, then block him on Insta too & ignore him. If he changed his driving lesson to meet you, then you must have encouraged him to do so.
Cannot have it both ways, either you want him or you don't.

Elliemay1, I think we/AB encouraged Abbey to block the guy on Whatsapp, and I think she did that - but he seems to have now popped up on Instagram.

it sounds like you need to tell him if you just block him with no reason why he might be a bit confused and ask you questions so just say sorry i did yeah its not for me and then block him on ig as well

I do not understand if you encouraged him to change his driving lesson, or if he cancelled to try and make you guilty. Either way, if you do not want to meet him do not answer any of his messages, it may take a time but in the end he will get the message.
