job for Thai wife

Hi everyone. I'm looking to get a job for my Thai wife in the Southampton area, she speaks reasonable English, is a hard grafter, very very keen to work, anything really, cleaning, shop work. Weve tried Tesco and Sainsburys but not recruiting at mo. Any advice on different areas to work,tips, offers..... please and thankyou.

A lot of shops are after people for Christmas. When I was in Southampton on the weekend I saw lots of signs in the shop windows.
