The Malteser Club

How do you eat yours?
I put three in my mouth at a time, suck all the chocolate off, then crunch up the insides.
I find one isn’t enough, two sometimes is sufficient but three is the optimum (or should that be optimal?) for complete malteser satisfaction.
I like them at room temperature, not from the fridge. Other half always puts any chocolate thing in the fridge…why??

Later on, shaking the box provided a 'thunk' rather than a 'rattle'...and on inspection, the box consisted of a slab of chocolate with many half-globes of honeycomb. Divvying it up was better than pouring out the individual balls. :o)

I love dark chocolate but strangely doesn't work with Maltesers. For me there was no sweet taste and it tasted like something was missing. I buy the fun bags because I would just eat them otherwise. Sometimes bought a box for £1 not that long ago and was stunned when same box went up to £2.25 last December.
