Do you mean document? I keep them on my hard drive and in the cloud in Google Drive, also om my external hard drive.
Lots of options such as free cloud services such as OneDrive
^^^ I'm glad that I'm not the only one who's confused, Barry!
I now think you mean a document that has been emailed to you.
I would download it on to my hard drive and then archive it in Outlook
Can't have too many copies of important documents
Room 101, maybe?

EXTREMELY HARD WORDS TOWARDS ME AND ALSO UNDERSTANDALY LYING WORDS WHERE SHE IS USIING softy - no to me soft to me but she has calling me a lIAR
It’s hard to understand what you mean, JJ. Calm down and try to tell us if it is an email you’re trying to save. If so, you could email it to yourself as a backup or you could take a screenshot, or you could use the snipping tool to save it as a jpeg.
Am I right in thinking you have received an offensive/abusive email and you want to keep it somewhere safe?
Click on the email and then click the 'archive' tab at the top. Now the email has disappeared from your Inbox but can be found in the Archive Folder.
At the top right of the email there are three dots. Click on that and click 'download' then click 'save as' in the pop up box.
Then choose where you want to save it (I'd save it in Documents) and give it a name,
Jj, I hope you are ok ?
