Does Steven not think that Elaine will spot the difference in her BP tablets? Daft story line IMO. I've also never seen BP tablets given in a jar, they're usually in a packet or am I wrong?

I don't know if every pharmacy dispenses every type of blood pressure in blister packs, they are supposed to be dispensed in the original packaging.

You can buy over the counter supplements that supposedly help blood pressure, maybe she is taking those.

I prefer the nefarious and criminal deeds to be over the top and unrealistic. Don't want Corrie to be accused of teaching people how to do it. It's a soap, not a gritty, gory drama

As I remember Elaine was diagnosed with having high blood pressure and prescribed the appropriate tablets

Every delivery of prescriptions we have has different packagings, different colours, sometimes capsules, other times tablets. One tablet we have is sometimes a teeny rhomboid, others a blinking horse pill. It all gets very confusing.
Sometimes in blister packs, sometimes in bottles.

As a young aspiring actress Paula Wilcox ( Man about the House,I think) suffered Alopecia , her hair was very thin and whispy and I guess it never recovered .

I agree , the storyline is absurd , the writers must live in a parallel universe to come up with them
