If you want to enhance your waves...they look a bit frizzy in the photo...get some hair gel and apply when your hair is still wet or damp. Scrunch it in. Do not use a dryer...let it air dry completely. Then scrunch again to soften. Don't brush either...that creates frizz.

Abbey, it's very difficult to see if someone suits a hairstyle unless you can see their face.
Also, you are asking people on here who may not be in your age group whether or not they like your choice of clothes
Do you have a friend who can be honest with you if you were to ask them?

If it rains the straight hair will turn to waves anyway, always go for the look that works in the worst case scenario.
I quite like the blue flowered top, but only if you are planning on wearing it over white jeans.
