What do you suggest i do.

Use an ISP that has spam filters.

Buy spam filter software

If you are getting a lot of the same/from the same people, use your tools to create rules so that they are deleted right away.

Free and might be just what you need.
All mails go to their server and you build a history of what you want letting through. You need to access it every 7 days.

But why have I got to download it every seven days, and is it free,
