You will have to make a special fuss of the remaining one, he/she will no doubt pine for some time. When we lost one of our 2 cats the other was pining and searching the house for his furry friend of 8 years for 6 months, we ended up rescuing another to be his companion but we feel he still misses his original friend nothing will replace him.

So sorry to hear this.
My granddaughter lost her 2 cats recently. One had to be pts as he had kidney trouble and within a fortnight the other had been run over. She was only 5.
I always had Jacks. They are lovely mischievous little dogs.

I know how you must be feeling, TTT. Saying goodbye to a pet is one of the worst things I've ever had to do. I didn't realise it could be so hard and so sad. x
