I believe the song is called 'The Waiter Song' by a band called Kid iD.

Here is their MySpace page and you can download the song there too but they've changed some of the lyrics:

it is a group called Kid ID and they have changed the lyrics which is really annoying

they even invite you to DOWNLOAD the song for free.

I have found out that they originally had different words but indigo wanted them to change some so they re wrote a verse and the indigo mix is on the web site above. I hope they make it they sound really good.

The version they did was on an old site and that was just as good.
