It seems the policy is send hugely inflated estimated bills and tell people they can only stop it if they change. Thing is many residents have tried to get one but been told due to an issue with the wiring to the existing meters they can't be fitted anyway. I suspect this will end up with the ombudsman eventually....

Morning all, a diffuse sun here at the moment - feels moderately humid again as it was yesterday. Where did yesterday go - ah chasing insurance companies for the car - renewal due not much planned today.
