Some Iphone Volume Lost

I have just discovered some of my volume has been lost on my Iphone SE 2020 . I can get ring tone and alerts OK. I have googled and checked mute button volume controls etc etc. The problem is any youtube clips on AB are not audible on my phone. Could anyone assist please?

Have you tried playing videos that are stored on your phone?
If you haven't got any, take a quick video with some noise and try playing it back. If you can hear the noise, the problem will be on YouTube itself - the video playback will probably be muted.
If you can't hear the video playback, try looking for the multimedia volume setting on your phone.

Come to think of it I did try playing back some family videos my son sent me on Whatsapp without success.

Ring tone is different from the volume.

Shut down the phone then restart it - if that doesn’t cure it come back to AB.
