We had one this morning at a garden centre.
Two lovely sausages, two rashers of bacon, a thick slice of black pudding, a fried egg, a hash brown, baked beans, a large mushroom, a grilled tomato. And some toast. Fresh orange and as much coffee as you could drink.
What’s your perfect cooked breakfast?

Bubble & Squeak with poached eggs and broon

Yes its not right without fried bread!
I couldn’t eat a full English at any time of day.

I do love a perfectly poached egg on toast with feta and avocado, and a Bloody Mary.
Fried egg.
In a nonstick pan, heat a generous amount of flavourless oil (groundnut works well) until it begins to smoke. Cook for about a minute over medium-high heat with the egg cracked in. When the edges of the white begin to crisp, ladle heated oil over it to help it fry.
Nooo ^^^ it has to be butter!
