Is Kevin any relation to John...? I have to confess a liking for Gordon Ramsey - he's a perfectionist who knows what he wants done and gets frustrated by the w***ers he has to work with (I'm thinking Hell's Kitchen, Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares) who are generally in chocolate teapot territory. Anyone who's worked in a professional kitchen of a decent standard will tell you that discipline and dependence on the other members of the team are absolutely essential, that tempers do get frayed and that the chain (or kitchen brigade) is only as strong as its weakest link. I'm constantly amazed by the number of people who think they can cut it as a chef or a restaurateur while not having the first clue how run a kitchen or a restaurant..........
Either way up, practically anybody's better than that pr*t Worrall Thompson........
