Driving To France For A Summer Holiday
Those of you thinking of enjoying spending hours in a very long queue at Dover, courtesy of Brexit – may not be aware that a number of French cities have introduced a Low Emission Zone scheme, similar to that in London, requiring you to buy a permit to drive within those zones.
You might think being a foreign registered vehicle, that you can get away without such bothersome things – but the French police can and will fine you on the spot.
The link below takes you to the official site where you can pre-order your Crit’Air sticker – be aware that the cost is dependent on how polluting your vehicle is deemed to be, and that some vehicles that do not comply are banned from the zones.
