No doubt ABers will claim the youtube video is drivel, with a Malaysian newspaper pointing out the as part of our CPTPP membership, the UK parliament will have to pass laws in order to meet our CPTPP obligations.

At least we had a say in EU laws; we have now become a rule taker, not a rule maker as a result of Brexit.

Not only that, but before joining CPTPP we had free-trade agreements with all the CPTPP members except Malaysia.

Surely changing your own laws to accommodate a deal is an example of sovereignty, of what the UK wanted to retrieve from the EU?? This seems a rather odd post.

I am not sure if Hymie and Steve Bray are not one and the same person. Both Remainers and both refuse to acknowledge that the vote went the other way even after all these years. Steve Bray by the way was the one that used to stand outside parliament shouting day after day that he would never accept the result of the democratic vote because it didn't go his way.

Any membership requires compliance with rules; but some elite control ones go further and try to take over everywhere. Brexit was undoubtedly an excellent move (even if the NI issue needs sorting which will require Sunak being slung out of office as he is vehemently anti UK) as we now have returned control; joining a proper trading block should also be beneficial, and looking at the figures given, will be.
