Can anyone inform me what " To Fix And Mention" in court means in layman terms means please.

To "mention" means to raise the charge formally in public before the court. To fix means to fix a date for the next hearing or the trial (whichever is appropriate).

And I see that you've already got the answers. But I want to know, why don't you ask this question to the lawyer who defends your rights in court? As far as I know, he must explain all incomprehensible terms to a client. When my uncle needed protection at a military tribunal, he and his wife asked many questions of the lawyers who defended him in court. I remember how the lawyers led the case. I've only been in court a few times in my life. And that case was complicated and confusing. My uncle was accused of harassment. But they proved his innocence. They did a great defense.
