My printer says it has seventeen documents in its queue, but when I click on the queue there is nothing there.

When I try and print a document, it will only print one of the queue docs, which I no longer need.

How do I access the queue and cancel the unwanted print requests please?

Three methods here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2026148-1648338-16 (I'd try Method 2 first).

how are you looking at the queue?

TTT - I click on my printer icon on my PC, which gives me access to the queue.

Retrocop - Thanks for your link - but that shows me how to cancel jobs that are in the queue - my problem is, the print requests are not showing in the queue, so I can't cancel them from there.

You could copy and paste your question to the Technology Dept on here, they may be able to help you sort out your problem. Just an idea.
sounds like the icon is not pointing at the actual queue.
Try Settings - printers and scanners then click your device and open queue, is there anything there?

I have an answer that works from Buenchico.

I did post in the incorrect section in error, I have reported to the ED and asked for it to be relocated into Technology where it belongs.
Sorry, just trying to be helpful.

No need to apologise - no curtness intended, apologies if it came over that way.
