Update On State Pension

I received my invitation to get my state pension with the unique invitation code and as they say its "quickest and easiest" to go online, which I am doing, but the code must be so unique it doesn't work, why is nothing ever straight forward

Are you sure you've entered it correctly - might be case-sensitive

It's all capital letters with the odd number thrown in

Are you mistaking a 1 for an I or a zero for an o?

Which site and page have you gone on or did you click on there link. Sometimes the code don't last long then if you don't use it you need another
