Tesco On-Line Grocery Purchases, A Glitch.

Trying to buy groceries from Tesco. The site asks me to open my bank app and get approval for the purchase. When I do that and come back to the Tesco site there's a tab to click on which reads something like: I have bank approval. When I click on it the glitch appears.
Get bank approval reappears.
Is there a phone number I could use to talk about this?
