Can anyone remember a song that I'm sure troubled the top 40, probably late 80s or early 90s. It was on TOTP, and I remember it having a man dressed up as a woman that sung the chorus. Something like...

"Let the carnival begin, every pleasure, every sin..."

those words were contained in the song "human nature" by Gary Clail On-U Sound System. Made no.10 in the spring of 1991.
