Does anyone know the company that uses (or used) this hallmark stamp, please? It is on a gold bangle.

In which case it's probably an import from Denmark. (Hans Jürgen Minck, Odense, 1964-1995).

What is the Assay office mark.
'HJM' was used by Henry Joseph Myers and Co of Birmingham between 1842 and 1864. (The company was dissolved in 1865). So if there's a Birmingham Assay Office mark (an anchor) that's the company you're looking for. There should also be a letter which, by matching it with this chart, will give the date that the item was presented to the Assay Office:

Thanks, AuntLydia, but all the information I have is that the white gold and gold gold 9ct bangle is stamped HJM 375 with the Sheffield stamp.
The online seller is not able (or willing) to give more info about the hallmark and lists it only as 'vintage' which is totally meaningless
hc4361 Sorry to get back late on this I've been out. There will be a date letter on the assay mark. For example letter A in a wavy flag is 1950 -51. The 375 is 9 carat gold. I sell antique fine jewelry and always provide a photo and description of the full Assay marks. Unless the seller is willing to send you a photo of the assay mark I would not touch it, it sounds dodgy.

Thanks muchly, AL
Unfortunately, I do not know such a store, but I can recommend you a good jewelry store. Try to see what you are looking for on the site https://www.fjewellery.co.uk/ which offers a huge selection of the most beautiful jewelry for any occasion.
