I have the best neighbours ever, D comes each Monday evening to take a wheelie bin to where it gets emptied then he collect on Tuesday after they’ve been ,N alway messages me to say she’s going food shopping do we need anything? I’m very active and alway do our food shopping myself anyway but they’re both so considerate ,we’re very lucky , so COVID did something really good, that’s when it began .

All I require in neighbours is that they do nowt that annoys me and mine are pretty good. On one side I have an ex postman who obsessively tends the garden and cleans his cars on the other side I have a professional couple that you barely know are there most of the time. One of their kids tends to come by in a car with music loud and carp! But that's minor and they tend to smoke waccy baccy in the garden that wafts over occasionally. In the scheme of things I'll settle for that.

I've got pretty good neighbours...all a good deal younger than me. All helped with shopping in the early lockdown months.
One couple...he's a painter/ decorator, she works for British Gas...painted the front panels of my and another neighbour's flat, and also installed new gas meter boxes. Free of charge.

I had evil neighbours about 10-12 years ago. They had equally evil toddlers that they allowed to ride motorised mini cars on the balcony outside our flats. It sounded and felt like an underground train. When I complained...nicely, as it was against management regulations...they started harassing me. I'm on the upper 2 floors and they threw a hanging basket plant to the ground, blaming wind. They also placed a plant pot on my doorstep so I'd trip over it. When I'd come up the stairs from shopping, they'd crowd together and block my way. Very intimidating.
It took a few months but they got evicted.
Things have been great since then.

Lol...it was tempting. When I took a photo of the little monsters as evidence, I was accused of having evil intentions regarding children.
