Does Star Trek Have Any History Of Forecasting Events That Actually Came To Pass?

A friend told me there was a scene where someone remarked that Ireland had been reunited in 2024. That seems very unlikely.
The scene was deleted before the episode was screened in the UK.
In The Simpsons there have been a number of predictions that were unerringly accurate. Trump would become President, for example.
